Some users accessing the CBC Gem App via a Roku device may encounter an issue where they are receiving one of the following error messages:
“Sorry, this content is not available outside of Canada. Error 3304”.
"An error has occurred. ERROR-0. Please try again later”.
This issue is affecting some users who are located in Canada and are not using a VPN or a proxy service.
We are actively investigating this issue.
Temporary workaround for iPhone and iPad owners
Most newer generation Roku devices support Apple AirPlay.
If your Roku device supports AirPlay, you can still enjoy CBC Gem content by AirPlaying from an iPhone or iPad to your Roku device.
