Right now, there is no Siri shortcut to CBC content, but we are continuing to develop the voice experience for the Apple HomePod. You can get the most recent CBC news on demand by saying:
“Siri, play CBC Radio news,” and you will hear the most recent hourly newscast.
As we update the Siri voice experience, you can still listen to Radio 1 and Radio Music first by subscribing to CBC in your Apple account, then by saying:
“Siri, play CBC Radio 1…”
“Siri, play CBC Radio Music…”
We will continue to work on our Apple implementation of the voice experience and will announce late in 2019 when it’s ready to go. Stay tuned!
